Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold Herbal Radiance Corporation has a No Refund Policy. However we are more than happy to offer a replacement or exchange for an item if there is an issue. We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible you will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase, in addition to an explanation of the issue with the product. 

To start a replacement request, you can contact us at herbalradiance923@gmail.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement item at no cost to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
